The Reports page is the central location for exporting data from your Delve project. From one place, you can generate reports for transcripts, codes, snippets, demographics, and other project data.
Each report includes a short description explaining what it exports. Some reports allow you to apply filters or select specific data before exporting, while others export a predefined dataset.
Reporting is designed to help you share your findings, perform additional analysis in other tools, or create documentation of your qualitative research.
From the Reports page, you can export:
Transcripts
Codes
Snippets (with filtering options)
Co-occurrence matrices
Note: Reporting is focused on exporting structured outputs of your analysis. For working directly with coded data inside the app, see our filtering options.
Using the Reports Page
To access all of the different export options in Delve, click Reports in the left menu.
On the Reports page, select the type of report you want. If appropriate, apply your desired filters and click to Export.
Some exports will have additional options.
The Transcripts and Coded Transcript export will require you to select which transcript you want to export. Transcripts can only be exported one at a time.
Exporting Snippets as CSV you can filter the results by clicking Add Filter and selecting between Codes, Surveys, Descriptors, and Transcripts. This works the same way as exporting Snippets on the Snippets page.
