Overview
You can update the email address associated with your Delve account at any time. The process for updating your email depends on whether you still have access to your current Delve account email:
If you still have access to your Delve account, you can complete the change directly in Delve.
If you no longer have access to your Delve account, contact us so we can verify your identity before updating it.
We’ll walk through both scenarios below.
If You Still Have Access to Your Delve Account
You can update your email directly in Delve. First, sign into Delve and select your username in the bottom left. Click Account in the menu.
Click Change Email.
Enter the following:
Your new email address (what you would like to change your email to)
Confirmation of the new email address
Your current password
Your two-factor authentication code (if 2FA is enabled)
Click Save.
A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Be sure to open that email and click Confirm Email.
Note: Your old email remains active until the new email is confirmed.
Once confirmed, your new email becomes active on your account.
If You No Longer Have Access to Your Delve Account
If you can no longer log in to your Delve account, you won’t be able to use the self-service flow.
In this case, we must verify your identity before updating your email address to ensure the request is coming from the account owner.
What to do
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you want to use for your account.
In your message, include:
Your old email address (if known)
The new email address you want to use
You will be asked to provide further verification details depending on your account. Once that information is received, your account email will be updated.

Q: What if I don’t receive the confirmation email?
A: Check your spam or junk folder. You can restart the process from your account settings if needed.
Q: Will I lose access to my account during the change?
A: No. Your old email remains active until the new email is confirmed.
Q: What if I can’t log in at all?
A: If you’ve forgotten your password, use our password reset flow to regain access, then follow the self-serve steps above. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, you’ll need to go through our account verification process — email [email protected] from the address you want to use and we’ll take it from there.
