You can access your Delve invoices in the account section of Delve. The following screenshots are a step-by-step walk-through:
Go to the account section of Delve.
Click Manage Subscription and Billing
Click "View Payment Portal":
You will then be taken to the payment portal where you can see and download all your previous invoices.
