FAQs
Q: Can I recover my account after deletion?
A: No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. We recommend Canceling your Account rather than deleting it if you think you will need any of the data at a later date.
Q: Should I cancel my subscription first?
A: Yes, itâs recommended to cancel your subscription before requesting deletion as the account deletion process can take several days. Canceling before hand prevents you being charged.
Q: What if I just want to stop paying but keep my data?
A: You should cancel (pause) your subscription instead of deleting your account.
