Step 1. Click the account name in bottom left hand corner
Step 2. Click "Account"
Step 3. Click "Manage Subscription & Billing"
Step 4. Click "Switch to Annual Billing"

A: Yes, you can switch from an annual to a month-to-month billing plan. If you're currently on an annual billing cycle and wish to switch to a month-to-month plan, follow the steps below:
Click your username in the bottom right of Delve
Select Account
Look for the Subscription and Billing section and click Manage Subscription and Billing
Under the Billing Schedule section, you will see if you are paying annually. To switch to monthly, click Switch to Monthly Billing.
Once you make your selection, the transition to month-to-month billing will take effect starting from your upcoming billing cycle.
