Delve offers flexible subscription options and pricing for individual researchers, academic institutions, teams, and non-profits.

The cost of Delve depends on three things:
The subscription you choose (a discount is offered for the annual subscription over the monthly)
The pricing you qualify for (special discounts are offered for those associated with education and nonprofit institutions)
The number of users on your account (see Understanding Teams for more information)
Note: All subscriptions and pricing tiers provide access to Delve’s full suite of qualitative research tools, including coding, AI assistance, and analytics.
Subscription Types
Monthly Subscription – Pay per user per month, cancel anytime.
Annual Subscription – Pay per user per year at a discounted rate.

FAQs
Q: Will I be notified when my subscription renews?
A: You will not receive notification when your Delve subscription is up for renewal. Delve subscriptions are recurring and billed automatically.
Q: What methods can I use to pay my subscription? Can I use ACH, PayPal, Venmo, or other methods?
A: Yes, we support ACH. On request, we'll send you an email invoice that can be paid by ACH bank transfer or credit card. We do not currently support PayPal or Venmo.
Q: Do you offer institutional discounts? Or discounts for a large number of seats?
A: Yes — institutional discounts are available on annual subscriptions for purchases of more than 20 seats. To get started, contact us at [email protected] and let us know:
