Overview
In Delve, Transcript Views allow you to control how coding appears while working in a transcript. The different views support different stages of analysis, including:
Independent coding
Team collaboration
Coding comparison
By switching between views, you can focus on your own work, review team coding, or directly compare how different people coded the same transcript.
Available Transcript Views
Note: The Participant Information option in the dropdown is to set the participant information for use in filtering later, not a distinct view. See Understanding Participant Information for more information.
Transcript
Displays all coding applied to the transcript by all users.
Use this view to:
Review the full coding context
Collaborate with team members
See all applied codes in one place
Coded by Me
Displays only the coding that you applied.
Use this view to:

Note: The codebook is still shared across the project. This view only hides how others coded the transcript - it does not remove their codes from the codebook.

Use this view to:
Compare coding decisions across team members
Conduct consensus coding
Identify differences in interpretation

FAQs
Q: Does changing the transcript view affect the codebook?
