You will be prompted to accept these conditions the first time you try to use any of our AI features (AI Chat, AI on Transcript Pages, Automatically Apply Codes with AI). You only have to accept the terms once and they will apply to all AI features in Delve.

Participation in the Delve AI program is optional. If you choose not to opt in, you can continue using Delve’s non-AI features under our standard terms and conditions.
